MailChimp sends 2.6 billion emails every month for more than 1 million users around the globe. That’s a ton of emails! Our delivery team is seeking a self–motivated hard worker with a strong background in delivery, analytics, and system administration. You’ll identify delivery trends, uncover root causes, talk with ISPs when necessary, and brainstorm solutions. Team–player skills are a must, as you’ll work with engineers, data scientists, and other delivery folks to build out and optimize MailChimp’s infrastructure.

Required Talents

• At least two years bulk/transactional email delivery experience
• Experience in resolving delivery issues with receivers using technology and/or people skills
• Strong LINUX–administration skills
• Programming experience a huge plus
