MailChimp provides world-class live chat and email support to more than 1 million users across the globe. Our customer-service team is looking for helpful people with some knowledge of HTML and web design. You don't have to be an amazing web designer, because you won't be doing web-design work. You do need to know how to identify tags within HTML, but we'll teach you how to apply that knowledge to email.

Required talents

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS coding for troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of RSS feeds
  • Ability to handle online chats with multiple people at once
  • Well-versed in the subtleties of chat/email etiquette
