Senior Technical Writer, API

MailChimp is the world’s largest marketing automation platform. Millions of businesses use MailChimp to design and send a billion emails a day. We empower small businesses with a suite of powerful and easy-to-use email, marketing automation, and analytics tools that integrate with hundreds of popular applications and services.

Our Technical Content team within our Customer Support team is made up of writers and content strategists who maintain our public knowledge base. We share a love for learning and a passion for helping our users succeed by simplifying complex concepts or instructions in an easy-to-understand way. We collaborate with many teams across MailChimp to create exceptional documentation so our users can do their best work. We are a creative and quirky bunch, and we never turn down good pizza.
