To better connect our employees with our investments in Atlanta, we cultivate equity with MailChimp Community College. Plus, every employee gets 16 volunteer hours to spend working with the nonprofit of their choice. MailChimp also offers up to $20,000 in tuition reimbursement for eligible employees to complete their graduate and undergraduate education.
