In the summer of 2020, 40% of Black-owned businesses closed across the US. In response, the inaugural edition of Bloom Season explores the specific challenges Black entrepreneurs face—providing inspiration and insights to help business owners regain momentum and address mental wellness.
LGBTQIA+ Success
Since COVID, 61% of LGBTQIA+-owned businesses have lost business compared with 48% of those outside the community. All in a world where LGBTQIA+ rights are threatened every day. In response, the second edition of Bloom Season explores the specific challenges queer entrepreneurs face—and provides relief by creating safe spaces, elevating queer values, fostering authenticity in the workplace, and building an inclusive future.
