Program Manager

What you'll do here:

  • You will build  program strategies to drive service partner program growth with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment
  • In partnership with the strategy team, you will develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness.
  • You will lead large, global, cross-functional teams including strategy, program, marketing, analytics, product and other internal teams to drive program execution
  • You will plan, test and scale programs to grow adoption of business solutions across Mailchimp & Co, the Mailchimp App and our communities
  • You will drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders
  • You will facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps to the broader team.
  • You will manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including project plans, creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists and post-project retrospectives.
  • You will manage, track, and provide consolidated reporting on progress. Determine and suggest appropriate courses of action based on findings.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have 8+ years experience in the SaaS industry, in a program management role, preferably with distributed channels, marketplaces and/or channels business exposure.
  • You have experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
  • You have experience being a “connector” across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completion
  • You have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, a confident communicator with the ability to present complex issues and solutions in a clear, concise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have established ability to successfully define and drive programs with minimal guidance.
  • You have analytical skills to drive insight and summary reports with the ability to use data to identify next steps to reach stated objectives

*Mailchimp currently offers flexible and remote options in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington. If you are unable to work from one of these registered locations, you will not be eligible for employment.

The salary range for this role in Colorado is $115,000 to $138,000 and final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise. For all other locations, the salary range will vary by geographic market and will be determined through the selection and assessment process for this role relative to your experience and our job qualifications. This position may also be eligible for an annual company performance based-bonus and/or a quarterly performance bonus. Mailchimp complies with applicable law regarding pay transparency.
