*Offer for 10% off 1 month of current plan price is valid only for Mailchimp accounts in which the account owner and all account admins have set up two-factor authentication for the first time. Offer is provided through a 10% discount to your recurring monthly Mailchimp plan charges (the “discount”) for one monthly bill (the “promotional period”) immediately following enablement of two-factor authentication. Discount does not apply to add-on fees or one-time fees, including, but not limited to, add-on contact blocks, Commerce Plans, annual domains, transactional email (fka Mandrill) charges, pay as you go credits, Facebook ads, Google ads, or postcards. You will immediately lose the offer if you change your plan type, pause, or cancel your account or do not purchase a paid plan during the month. Offer is invalid for accounts other than the ones originally selected. One offer redemption per Mailchimp account. If Mailchimp changes the price of your specific plan during the promotion period, the new price will apply when the promotion ends; however, you will be notified in advance and given adequate time to alter your plan selection. Mailchimp reserves the right in our sole discretion to determine which accounts are eligible for this offer.
Accounts with a valid payment method on file will automatically renew monthly on the user’s current plan without the discount based on your contacts and monthly email sends when your promotional period ends. Your plan rate and plan limits after the promotion period ends may vary based on your selected Mailchimp plan, the number of contacts in your account, and your email usage. Accounts without a valid payment method on file when the promotional period ends will be immediately placed in a lapsed billing state, which, if not corrected, will lead to a no-send state where you will be unable to send email campaigns until a valid payment method is provided or the account is downgraded to the Free plan. If you do not downgrade your account to the Free plan, pause, or cancel your plan before the end of the promotional period, then you agree to make all payments owed for your account in accordance with our Terms of Use, and you authorize Mailchimp to charge your payment method accordingly. Mailchimp accounts with compliance holds or violations are ineligible. Mailchimp may terminate or discontinue this promotion, or modify or change these terms and conditions and our fees and pricing structure, at any time. These offer terms do not replace Mailchimp’s standard Terms of Use and Global Privacy Statement, which continue to apply to your use of Mailchimp.
