Accountant

Compliance Geek

MailChimp has more than 1 million users across the globe, and we send millions of emails a day. Our compliance team is looking for someone to help educate new and existing users on proper email–marketing etiquette. You don’t have to be an email marketer, and you don’t even have to be a technical genius (though both would be a plus). You do need to be comfortable putting on a detective’s hat to look into our customers’ email–marketing techniques.

PHP Developer

MailChimp is seeking a a PHP developer to help us develop MailChimp.com. We’re a PHP/MySQL shop, but our code is written in a Ruby on Rails/MVC style, so experience with those is preferred. You’ll work with our product–development team to build new functionality into our product, and our customer–service team to resolve issues as they arise.

Deliverability Engineer

MailChimp sends 2.6 billion emails every month for more than 1 million users around the globe. That’s a ton of emails! Our delivery team is seeking a self–motivated hard worker with a strong background in delivery, analytics, and system administration. You’ll identify delivery trends, uncover root causes, talk with ISPs when necessary, and brainstorm solutions. Team–player skills are a must, as you’ll work with engineers, data scientists, and other delivery folks to build out and optimize MailChimp’s infrastructure.

Front-End Developer

MailChimp is seeking a front–end developer to help maintain MailChimp.com and build microsites for various products. You’ll be working primarily with a static–site generator, as well as WordPress and ExpressionEngine. We periodically build small apps, so familiarity with or interest in learning Ruby on Rails is a bonus. Design experience is a big plus, too.
