Mandrill Customer-Support Geek

Mandrill is looking for an experienced tech-support wrangler to add to our team. In addition to answering day-to-day questions from users and developers, you'll contribute to the Mandrill knowledge base and documentation, troubleshoot integrations, identify user trends, combat spam, and optimize the support process. You're a problem-solver: You're able to not only answer a user's direct question, but also understand the question behind the question. You'll provide suggestions and solutions to help people use Mandrill more efficiently and effectively. Front-End Engineer

Test Analyst QA

Software Engineer

You’ll work with our product development team to build new functionality into our product, and our customer service team to resolve issues as they arise. We'll expect you to be motivated and creative in your work.

We allow for flexible hours and some telecommute options, but you need to be in the Atlanta office on a regular basis. We'll help with relocation.

Our delivery team is looking for a hard worker with a strong background in delivery, analytics, and system administration. You’ll identify delivery trends, uncover root causes, talk with ISPs when necessary, and brainstorm solutions. Team-player skills are a must, as you’ll work with engineers, data scientists, and other delivery experts to build out and optimize MailChimp’s infrastructure.
