Make Products People Love to Use
MailChimp is an email marketing service based in Atlanta that serves more than 4 million users worldwide. We're self-funded and profitable, and we're growing fast.
We work in a collaborative environment where everyone's expected to be creative. Our fearless leader keeps things interesting around here, and inspiring guests speak at our weekly Coffee Hours. And most importantly, we're not afraid to start new things. Lots of new things. Crazy, ambitious new things.
We're looking for smart, creative people who will give 100 percent. In exchange, we'll give you some fantastic perks and benefits:
- Fully paid health insurance for you and your family
- Fully paid dental and vision insurance
- Disability insurance
- A 401(k) plan
- Free smartphones and monthly service (iPhone, Android, AT&T, Verizon-your choice)
- An endless supply of t-shirts and hats
MailChimp’s customer support team is home to a bunch of smart and slightly weird people who love tacos, cat memes, and animated GIFs. We’re hiring sharp and compassionate problem solvers to join their ranks. And because our customers are located in many different time zones all over the world, we’re looking for a few night owls to take on an overnight shift (or 9-5, as they call it in Australia). Have a few minutes to talk? We’d love to meet you.

In addition to answering day-to-day questions from users and developers, you’ll contribute to Mandrill’s documentation, troubleshoot integrations, combat spam, and optimize the support process. We’re looking for an intern to help the MailChimp development team for Summer 2014. As an intern, you’ll write code to help improve internal tooling, research lab projects and the mainline MailChimp product suite. We push managers and meetings out of the way so you can concentrate on what you love to do.
MailChimp is looking for a technical writer to join our support staff. You’ll work with a team to create help documentation about MailChimp, its integrations, and related apps for an international user base of all skill levels. MailChimp is seeking an analytics aficionado to join our Atlanta-based User Experience team. This individual will help the UX team make better decisions through data insights and analysis. The role will be responsible for measuring user behavior in our constant effort to improve MailChimp users’ onboarding experience. We won’t ask you to measure ROI or “accelerate sales funnel pipeline velocity”, but we will ask you to help solve complex problems using data in a creative way.
