Mailchimp sometimes sends account status emails like campaign tips, send confirmations, and account updates. You can turn these on or off in the Details section of your Account Settings page.

Turn Off or Change Emails
To turn account status emails on or off, follow these steps.
- Click your profile name, and choose Account.
- Click the Settings drop-down menu and choose Details.
- Scroll to the Email from Mailchimp section.
- Check the boxes next to emails you'd like to receive.
- Click Save.
