| Use Case | What to Provide | What You Get | Example Prompt |

| Repurpose Content | Paste or attach your existing content | Adapted versions for each channel | "Turn this blog post into an email, an SMS, and a social ad." |
| Save to Mailchimp | A completed campaign plan | Campaigns saved as drafts in your Mailchimp account | "Save this plan to Mailchimp." |
Next steps
When creating a new campaign, Mailchimp works best when you share:
- The goal of the campaign (e.g., drive sales, grow subscribers, promote a new product)
- The timeframe (e.g., "next 4 weeks" or "January")
If you leave out any of these, Mailchimp provides 1–2 follow-up questions before building your campaign.
When editing a campaign, just describe what you want in plain language. You don't need to be specific about how to make the change. Here are some suggested prompts:
- "Make it more urgent"
- "Shorten the email"
- "Change the background color to something warmer"
Troubleshooting
I'm having trouble connecting my Mailchimp account.
Make sure you're signed in to the correct Mailchimp account. If the connection fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting from the Connectors menu.
Claude isn't using my Mailchimp data.
Confirm your connector is still active under Settings > Connectors. If it shows as disconnected, re-authenticate with your Mailchimp credentials.
I connected my account but Claude reconnected me again.
If you connect and then try to reconnect immediately, this can cause an issue. Disconnect fully, wait a moment, and reconnect once.
Claude isn't doing what I'm asking.
The Mailchimp connector is focused on campaign planning, editing, and saving. For tasks outside of these, Claude may not be able to help through the connector. Share your feedback at __katherine_powell@intuit.com__ so the team can prioritize new capabilities.
