I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 members of Chimp Essentials. I had a very good virtual meeting with Lisa who spent an hour with me covering the basics of the Mailchimp system. The session was recorded and sent to me to review as needed. I also had the pleasure of working with Mark Bonito on 2 occasions. Mark was a fantastic instructor for the areas that we covered. He was instrumental in getting my Mailchimp account active and working on my new website. I am a rather critical person when it comes with working with others. I say this because my experience with Mark was great. Mark was knowledgeable, courteous and willing to "go the extra mile" for me. Mark took the time to understand where I was coming from and to listen and respond to my questions. From my experience with Chimp Essentials, I expect to depend upon them to help me navigate my email system through my website.
