Emily and her team are talented, responsive, and have that combination of professionalism with a human touch. When a project is finished, they send a Loom video to provide guidance on how to do the needed Mailchimp skills. That is above and beyond what I have seen anywhere else.

I run a relatively small group and I wanted a more efficient way to contact my members. I think Mailchimp is a great program-right now I have the free version-but it is not always intuitive-at least not for me. Emily Ryan, owner of Westfield Creative, was a tremendous help. She worked with me on Zoom and helped me navigate Mailchimp’s website and send my first e-mail message out as well as providing helpful tips along the way. She saved me a lot of time and effort. And since the Zoom session was recorded, I can always refer to it again. Emily and Westfield Creative is MOST highly recommended.

I regret not working with Emily sooner. In our first call together she was very attentive to my needs and she asked thought provoking questions that allowed me to see where in my email marketing campaign I needed work. I'm actually more excited now to build up my email list. Now that I had Emily coach me, I'm confident I can grow my holistic health and exercise coaching business. One of the biggest takeaways from my session with Emily was learning how to improve clicks and conversions with just a simple tweaks to my emails.

Where to start..? Well lets start with how nice and pleasant it was to speak with Emily and feel the energy she had in truly helping our company take that next steps in being email savvy. Then the efficiency in focusing on what I cared about and doing it a way I could really make effective use of the info. Can't recommend highly enough... Best money spent.
