Your number of contacts will determine your pricing tier and number of monthly sends. When you redeem this offer, you will be placed on the Standard plan in a tier with up to 100,000 contacts and up to 1.2 million monthly sends. If your plan's contact or email send limit is exceeded, you will be subject to additional charges for overages, which do not include the discount. Offer is provided through a 100% discount to your recurring monthly Mailchimp plan charges (the “discount”) for 1 monthly bill (the “promotional period”) immediately following fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Discount does not apply to add-on fees or one-time fees, including, but not limited to, transactional email (fka Mandrill) charges, pay as you go credits, Facebook ads, Google ads, or postcards.  You will immediately lose the offer if you change your plan type, pause, or cancel your account during or prior to the end of the promotional period. Offer is invalid for accounts other than the ones originally selected. Offer is limited to one offer redemption per Mailchimp account. Once the discount ends, you will be automatically charged the Standard plan rate then-currently in effect without the discount based on your contacts and email sends, unless you cancel or change to a Free Marketing Plan. You can cancel at any time.  If Mailchimp changes the price of your specific Standard plan during the promotion period, the new price will apply when the promotion ends; however, you will be notified in advance and given adequate time to alter your plan selection. When the promotional period ends, accounts with a valid payment method on file will automatically renew monthly on the Standard plan without the discount based on your contacts and monthly email sends when your promotional period ends, unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Your plan rate and plan limits after the promotion period ends may vary based on your selected Mailchimp plan, the number of contacts in your account, and your email usage. **Accounts without a valid payment method on file when the promotional period ends will be immediately placed in a no-send state where you will be unable to send email campaigns until a valid payment method is provided or the account is downgraded to the Free plan. If you do not downgrade your account to the Free plan, pause, or cancel your plan before the end of the promotional period, then you agree to make all payments owed for your account** in accordance with our Terms of Use, and you authorize Mailchimp to charge your payment method accordingly.
