Mailchimp Standard Plan Offer Terms & Conditions

*Offer for 50% off of Essentials plan for 12 months is valid only for select Mailchimp account holders who: (1) have a Free Plan Mailchimp account associated with the original in-app, web or email promotional message and (2) upgrade to an Essentials plan and enter valid payment information through the app or the “Redeem Offer” button embedded in the email promotional message. Offer available in Canada, United Kingdom and United States. The promotional offer will end at 11:59 PM ET on 06/30/2023. The number of contacts you have when you redeem this offer will determine which of the different Essentials plan tiers (with different monthly send limits) you will be placed into. With the minimum Essentials plan tier of 0-500 contacts, you get up to 5,000 monthly email sends. With the maximum Essentials plan tier of 50,000 contacts, you get up to 500,000 monthly email sends. Offer is provided through a 50% discount to your recurring monthly Mailchimp plan charges (the “discount”) for 12 monthly bills (the “promotional period”) immediately following fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Discount does not apply to add-on fees or one-time fees, including, but not limited to, Commerce Plans, annual domains, transactional email (fka Mandrill) charges, pay as you go credits, Facebook ads, Google ads, or postcards. You will immediately lose the offer if you change your plan type, pause, or cancel your account. Offer is invalid for accounts other than the ones originally selected. Offer is limited to one offer redemption per Mailchimp account. Once the discount ends, you will be automatically charged the Essentials plan rate currently in effect without the discount based on your contacts and email sends. If Mailchimp changes the price of your specific Essentials plan during the promotion period, the new price will apply when the promotion ends; however, you will be notified in advance and given adequate time to alter your plan selection. Mailchimp reserves the right in our sole discretion to determine which accounts are eligible for this offer.

When the promotional period ends, accounts with a valid payment method on file will automatically renew monthly on the Essentials plan at the then-current pricing without the discount based on your contacts and monthly email sends when your promotional period ends. Your plan rate and plan limits after the promotion period ends may vary based on your selected Mailchimp plan, the number of contacts in your account, and your email usage. Accounts without a valid payment method on file when the promotional period ends will be immediately placed in a no-send state where you will be unable to send email campaigns until a valid payment method is provided or the account is downgraded to the Free plan. If you do not downgrade your account to the Free plan, pause, or cancel your plan before the end of the promotional period, then you agree to make all payments owed for your account in accordance with our Terms of Use, and you authorize Mailchimp to charge your payment method accordingly. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Discount has no cash value. Mailchimp accounts with compliance holds or violations are ineligible. Mailchimp may terminate or discontinue this promotion, or modify or change these terms and conditions and our fees and pricing structure, at any time.
