Mailchimp Abuse Desk
Mailchimp has been around since 2001, and serves millions of customers all over the world. While the occasional abuse complaint is inevitable, we take abuse very seriously and we do everything we can to prevent it from happening in the first place. Below you'll find information about how to report abuse to us.

How to report content
If you need to report content created in Mailchimp, please use the form provided at the bottom of this page. You may also submit a report by emailing us at abuse@mailchimp.com. If you submit a report by email, please ensure you include the required information listed below.
If you’d like a response from us, please include your email address so we can respond to you. While optional, it can help our investigation and will only be used for the purposes of our investigation. The more information you can provide, the faster we can investigate. For example, please explain why you are submitting a complaint, such as if you are reporting spam or a violation of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
Depending on the type of content you are reporting, the following information is required:
- Email requires the full email header. Here’s how to find that information: Find Email Headers. Alternatively, you can forward the email to abuse@mailchimp.com and do not need to submit the form below.
- Web pages require the page URL.
- If the above options don’t apply to what you’re reporting, please provide as much detail as you can in the “Additional Information” field below.
Our team will review your complaint and take quick and appropriate action.
By submitting a report to us, you confirm that you have a good faith belief that the information contained in your report is accurate and complete.
