Great to work with Gary who explained things very clearly. Mailchimp has always felt a little overwhelming (especially the audience/tagging aspect), but Gary was very patient and accommodating!

Gary was super helpful in our one-hour session. I had a number of unfamiliar tasks to complete and it was going to take me days or weeks to go through all the documentation and work it out on my own, with a lot of trial and error on along the way.
