  • The event will be held at Machine Hall in Sydney. A premium Sydney CBD location designed to provide a comfortable and inspiring environment for learning and networking.

    If arriving by public transport, Town Hall Station is the closest stop - about a 5–10 minute walk north-east to Clarence Street. The second option being Museum Station.

  • There is no dedicated on site parking at Machine Hall. However, there are several public parking options available near the venue for those arriving by car. Please keep in mind that most parking options will require payment. Some parking options can also be booked in advance near the venue.

  • Yes, the venue is accessible. Machine Hall Sydney offers wheelchair access to the lower level via a lift located next to the main entrance. The lift also provides access to the bathrooms, where accessible facilities are available.

    Please note that the Mezzanine Bar on the upper level is not wheelchair accessible. If needed, a member of the venue team will be happy to assist guests back to the lower level.

    If you have specific accessibility requirements, we encourage you to let us know during registration so we can help ensure a comfortable experience.

  • Yes, food and drinks will be covered. All attendees will be provided with a catered morning tea and lunch, giving you plenty of time to relax and network with other guests.
