• When and where is FROM: HERE, TO: THERE?

  Our annual conference is on 23 July 2024 from 09:00 - 19:00 AEST.

  Registration begins at 08:00 AEST, so it’s always a good idea to come before 09:00 AEST to get registered and secure a great seat before the talks begin.

  Speakers will be taking the stage at 09:00 AEST and will continue all-day throughout the conference.

  W Sydney is centrally located and is near Town Hall Light Subway Station and Town Hall Train Station.

• How do I get W Sydney?

  Limited valet parking is available for in-house hotel guests at AU$90 per day with advance pre-booking required via w.sydwh.concierge@whotels.com. Maximum vehicle height is 1.7m. There are numerous nearby paid off-site parking options available.

• How much are passes?

  Individual Standard - AU$249 /per person Group Standard - AU$200 /per person

• Can I transfer or cancel a pass?

  We understand plans can change. You can transfer your pass one time to someone at any time 48 hours prior to the event. Please click here to start your request.

  If you wish to cancel, you can receive a full refund on your pass until 7 June, 2024. After 7 June, 2024, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. We will be unable to provide refunds after any pass purchased at 23:59 AEST on 7 June, 2024.

• Will there be networking opportunities?

  Of course! Networking is a major reason to attend this year’s conference. There will be opportunities to network throughout the day and all guests are encouraged to stay for the 90 minute networking session at the end of the event.

• Will food and refreshments be provided?

  Yes, there will be a variety of food and drinks available throughout the day.

  We have catered for a variety of dietary requirements on site but please inform staff on the day of the event if you have specific allergy restrictions.

• Are there allocated seats for the conference?

  Seating in the atrium is first come first served. Due to our increased capacity, there will be enough seating for all our guests.

  If you have accessibility requirements on arrival, please let a staff member know so that we can best assist you.

• How do I ask my supervisor if I can expense my ticket?

  Whether you’re an experienced marketer, agency staff, or part of an e-commerce business, everyone in our audience will benefit from the insights, strategies, and products marketers today need to succeed tomorrow.
