I needed help with complex formatting in MailChimp. I wanted someone who would accept a likely a ‘one-off’ assignment but be available again if needed. I called Danielle MacInnis and was impressed with the speed of her response. I emailed her an ‘outline’ brief and we interacted numerous times by email, phone and Zoom. Our discussions were always productive and focused on creating visual content for a special project. We worked well together, providing feedback and suggestions to each other, and were able to overcome technical difficulties to finalize project well before the target date. Danielle has a range of regular and larger clients however my requirements were always met the following day.
