I signed up for a series of meetings where Elizabeth walked me through MailChimp, advised me about settings I was unaware of, gave me homework to do in between meetings, bailed me out of a couple of rookie mistakes, and gave me the confidence to get back on the email newsletter horse. Elizabeth's gentle user interface instruction, progress planning, and email insights from 10,000 hours of experience were just what I needed. This is not easy to say as an "internet marketing expert" since 1994, author of a dozen books on the subject, and the founder of the Marketing Analytics Summit. But say it I must. I recommend Elizabeth Jacobi to help anybody who is trying to cut through the fog of process and technology and get their email marketing act together.
