Before you start
Here are a few things to know before you start.

The links in the default badge can’t be edited, but you can style the default privacy badge to fit the design of your landing page.
Any style changes you make will only apply to the landing page you’re editing. You’ll need to set the style for the badge each time you create a draft landing page.
How The Privacy & Terms work
Your audience will see the badge when they visit your published page. If someone views your landing page on a mobile device, the badge will look similar to how it appears in a web browser.
Style the default Privacy & Terms badge
The badge comes in two styles. You can choose the style that best suits the design of your landing page.
Click the name of the landing page you want to work with.
In the editor, click the Design tab.
Click Privacy Badge.
Click to choose the shade you want to use.
Turn off the default Privacy & Terms badge
If you want to turn off the default privacy badge, you’ll have to provide your own terms and policy information on your landing page. The badge is required for free accounts. Upgrade to a paid plan to turn off the badge.
It’s up to you how you want to include your terms and privacy information on your landing page, but it’s important that you put it in a highly visible area. There are several types of content blocks you can use to include this information in your campaign.
