I had never added a new audience nor posted a blog on Mailchimp. I needed help and Alex was there. Clear, quick, always making suggestions to improve the look of the blog. I give him my highest recommendation. Hire him for your Mailchimp issues. You'll be very glad you did. On a scale of 1-10, I give him a 100! I got much more than my money's worth.

Working with Alex from pure firefly was an A+ experience. Our first call helped me really understand the foundations of how to navigate mailchimp (I had ideas but the meeting made it so much more clear and efficient). I decided to take a second call because I was confident that an hour with Alex would knock out a list of 10 specific items I wanted to accomplish that would have taken me at least 3 days to figure out on my own. Sure enough, we bulldozed through the list. Alex was fun to work with, knowledgeable about everything I asked and more. He was kind, patient with me and efficient with helping me and I’m so glad I spent the money to move my orgs marketing and communications efforts forward!! 11/10 would recommend!

My organization recently switched email providers and was struggling to get set up and oriented with Mailchimp. I found Pure Firefly from Mailchimp’s expert directory list and scheduled a one-hour session for help. I got set up with Alex quickly, and he was so kind, patient and helpful. In this short time, he was able to get our audiences, groups and segments set up, walked me through how to use the tools, and showed us how to A/B testing.
