Change language preferences
Most pages on Mailchimp’s website and Help Center are available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian. The website will automatically display your preferred language based on your browser settings. You can also click the language selector icon to change the displayed language. Your language preference will remain as you continue to navigate the website.

Your Mailchimp web account—where you manage your audience and marketing content—is currently only available in English.
Mailchimp’s video tutorials have closed captions in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German.
Video tutorials are found within many of our tutorial articles. To select a closed caption language, click the Closed Captions (CC) icon and select your preferred language from the drop-down.
Our YouTube channel also has tutorials, webinars, and other video content available in a variety of languages.
Mailchimp’s Mobile application is available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German.
The mobile application will automatically display your preferred language based on your phone’s language settings. If your phone settings don’t match an available translation, the application will default to English.
Mailchimp has Product Support Representatives that provide technical assistance via chat and email in English, Spanish, and French. If a representative isn’t available for your preferred language, our entire Support team has access to translation software to provide assistance in most languages.
Mailchimp Assistant, our AI-powered chatbot, is available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian.
