In this article, you’ll learn how to add new contacts while you’re on the go, and organize your contacts with tags.

Add a Contact

If you meet a new customer or business contact while you’re out and about, you can save their information with Mailchimp’s mobile app.

Here’s how to do it.

  1. Open Mailchimp’s mobile app on your phone or tablet, and tap the Audience tab.

Tag a Contact

After you have some contacts in your audience, organize them with tags. Tagging lets you bring your own contact structure into Mailchimp and label contacts based on data only you know about them, like your VIP customers or people you met at a conference. Add new or existing tags to a contact anytime with the mobile app.

Here’s how to do it.

  1. Open Mailchimp’s mobile app on your phone or tablet, and tap the Audience tab.
Active Audience icon in the Mailchimp mobile app.
  2. Tap the Subscribers section.

  3. Search or scroll to find the contact you want to work with, and tap their name.
