Access to the Mailchimp Assistant chatbot is included with all plans. Access to Technical Support via chat or email is included with the Essentials plan or higher. Access to our dedicated Premium support team via chat, email, and phone support is included with the Premium plan. During a chat or phone support interaction, our experts can initiate a screen share via the Glance app.
Mailchimp’s personalized onboarding services are available with a Standard plan or higher. With personalized onboarding, you’ll have access to a specialist who'll meet with you 1:1 during your first 90 days to help you start your Mailchimp journey with confidence.
