In a chat
After taking your screenshot, save it to your device.
Drag and drop the image into your chat window.
The support agent you're chatting with will let you know when they receive it.
In an email
After taking your screenshot, save it to your device.
When you send your support agent an email, use your email program's attachment feature to add the screenshot to your message.
Note
If you have a Premium plan you can get additional support through a cobrowse session with Premium support agents. This option lets you securely share your screen and get help using the Glance app. The cobrowse support link is in your account menu.
