Here's how to send a screenshot to our Support team.
In a chat
- After taking your screenshot, save it to your computer’s desktop.
- Drag and drop the image into your chat window.
The support agent you're chatting with will let you know when they receive it.
In an email
- After taking your screenshot, save it to your computer.
- When you talk to your support agent via email, use your email program's attachment feature to add the screenshot to your message.
