Send a Screenshot to Support

Here's how to send a screenshot to our Support team.

In a Chat

  1. After taking your screenshot, save it to your computer’s desktop.
  2. Drag and drop the image into your chat window.

    The support agent you're chatting with will let you know when they receive it.

In an Email

  1. After taking your screenshot, save it to your computer.
  2. When you talk to your support agent via email, use your email program's attachment feature to add the screenshot to your message.
