Find an expert

There are two ways to find an expert. We can match you with experts based on the project details you provide, or you can search and find your own.

Get matched with an expert

To get matched with an expert, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the Mailchimp Experts Directory.
2. Click Browse all partners.
3. Click Get matched.
4. Select the type of service you need help with. If you don’t see your specific service listed, choose General Enquiry.
5. Enter your company and project details. The more information you provide, the better chance we have of matching you with the right expert to grow your business.
6. Click Next to move through the request form.
7. Ensure that all fields are complete and when you’re ready, click Continue to submit your request.

That's it! We’ll match you with up to 3 experts who will contact you directly to discuss your project.

Search for an expert

To search and find an expert, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the Mailchimp Experts Directory.
2. Click Browse all partners.

3. Use the Country/Territory, Services, Language, and Budget filters to narrow your search and find the right expert.
   

4. To further narrow your search, view experts based on their availability. Toggle the Available experts only slider on to view those currently accepting new clients.

   Expert listings show a list of Mailchimp certification badges. These badges are earned through Mailchimp Academy, an educational resource available to freelancers and agencies who want to test and validate their Mailchimp skills. Each certification badge represents an understanding of core features within the Mailchimp platform. Click on a badge to learn more, and see how it may relate to the service you need.
   

5. Search the directory, then click the expert listing.

6. Click Get in touch.
7. Select the type of service you need help with. If you don’t see your specific service listed, choose General Enquiry.
8. Enter your company and project details.
9. Click Next to move through the request form.
10. Ensure that all fields are complete, and when you’re ready, click Continue to submit your request.
